CONDITIONING INTERVALS

Low impact, not necessarily low intensity, but you can work at your own level and moves can be adapted.  Highly effective total body workout using a combination of bodyweight exercises, along with weights of your choice for added resistance and challenge.

Whether it’s weight loss, muscle tone, core strength or cardiovascular improvements you’re looking for or even just starting to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle, this session caters for all abilities.

Exercises are kept varied & fresh, so muscles are always surprised and your fitness does not plateau. 

Exercises can be tailored for injury. You get out what you put in!
