BRAND NEW CLASS!  Active Beginners is for any age, but it’s designed to help ease you into exercise if you’re new. Perhaps it’s not the type of movement you’ve historically done or attempted, but you realise that perhaps you should be doing more to help build strength in bones, keep metabolism efficient, keep on top of your mobility, maintain your muscle mass, alter your shape and tone and improve your overall heart health & physical wellbeing.
